Quote of the Week - Fr. Robert Hart

"Rome and most kinds of Protestantism are built partly on the Catholic Faith, but partly on innovations that have no basis in Scripture and Tradition. The reason to be Anglican is to be free from innovations."--Fr Robert Hart (from here.)

Oh, if only this were true about all who call themselves Anglican! Here are a few Anglican innovations:

women "priests"
non-celibate homosexual clergy
same-sex blessings in the Episcopal Church
the 1979 prayer book

The Anglican Church -- which is called the Episcopal Church in the United States -- has implemented more radical changes in the past decade that contradict Christianity than any other Christian denomination.

Allowing such major changes as women priests and bishops, gay and lesbian priests and bishops, same sex marriages, and church services for dogs are just a few of the non-Christian policies that now transcend the Anglican Church.
