Quote of the Week - Basil the Great
“The dogmas of the Fathers are held in contempt, the Apostolic traditions are disdained, the churches are subject to the novelties of innovators.”--St. Basil the Great (Letter 90, To the Most Holy Brethren and Bishops Found in the
West)
The dogmas of the Christian Church have been "updated" and revised so many times since they were first written by the Church Fathers that they have lost much of the true meaning that they were originally designed to convey.
