People who live according to the gospel live a much deeper spiritual life than people who only live by the laws of a nation.
The laws of the gospel should transcend the laws of a nation.
That is true, George. I like what Flannery O'Connor wrote: “Push back against the age as hard as it pushes against you. What people don’t realize is how much religion costs. They think faith is a big electric blanket, when of course it is the cross.”
