Quote of the Week - Blaise Pascal

“Truth is so obscure in these times, and falsehood so established, that unless we love the truth, we cannot know it.”—Blaise Pascal (1623-1662)

  1. Today -- as was the case in the 17th century era of French philosopher Blaise Pascal -- truth tends to be a rarity.

On the other hand, falsehood seems to be so well-established in our society, that it is difficult to determine what is true and what is false.

Consequently, mankind needs to analyze each situation -- along with its ramifications -- in an objective manner to determine what is really true.
